Christopher died 3 February 1876 at 35 years of age. She married James Marsdon Weldon in By: Rev. Nathan N. Clark, M. E. Church., 15 October 1878. James was born in Addison, Steuben Co., N.y. 4 September 1832. James died BET. 30-31 JAN 1922 in Lewiston, Fergus Co., Montana..

She was listed as a resident in the census report in St Clair, St Clair Co., Mi., 1853.

Rosetta Ellsworth and Christopher T. Downing had the following children:
