“Dearest Alma - Mrs White wrote us of your sickness - I do pray you are recovering - and my heart goes out to you in the hospital - but Alma you have done so much to help everyone - and your hole life has been so sincere and helpful to all who needed you - you can be very happy in your memories of past good deeds - Today Fernando [Fernando Ellsworth] has gone to town to bring home the groceries - He is quite well - I have been mending some - Alma if I could take your burdens I would gladly do so --but there is one who says - Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest - Take my yoke upon you and leave of me for my spirit of life and love which surrounds us and is in us - can heal every disease - and every grief - the living healing - power - is within you - bringing you health and peace.
December 15th is my mother’s birthday -she would be 112 years old, where she living.
December 16th 9:30 A.M. another quiet day begins - the chickens are fed and out scratching.
I hope Alma - you are recovering and feel better this morning - and we are holding to the thought of health for you for thoughts are powerful things and so is the spoken word - The word has great healing - and should be spoken aloud “I am healed” - Fernando is going to town now - to do a few errands - The sky has clouded over - We have had summer weather all the time - Now Alma keep up your courage and believe - in the healing power for God surely heals! I hope youhave a good doctor - Alma, I want so much to see you - to tell you to be of good cheer - We love you so - and want you to recover - May all the peace of soul be yours and the loving Kindness of god abide with you - and keep you and bless you - and raise up friends in your need - Dear Alma -- I will close now -- and say God be with you - and be go good cheer.
It was very Kind of Mrs White to write us and we thank her many many times.
Our live to you
/s/ Ella”
