Item 2.In transactions Willard Ellis is described as "wheelwright." He is listed in the 1790 census as the head of a Plympton family of one male over 16 and two females. His will was dated 22 November 1848 and proved October 1852.
Item 3.Vital Records of Plympton, Ma., re: ECN Fall 1995, pg. 64 shows the following; John Milton Ellis m Abigail Ripley Chandler of Kingston, 24 April 1836. He s/o Willard & Mary Milton. She d/o Spencer Chandler decd. & Lucretia. We had John Milton Ellis s/o Willard & Mary Marshall now need clarification.
