Malachi 3 Ellis has two possible dates of death given as testate between 21 March 1762 and 12 March 1765.
Although Malachi Ellis lived in Sandwich all his life he owned land in Plymouth County
as early as 1721. His will was dated 31 Mar 1762 and proved 12 Mar1765.
