From 1992 Happy Holidays Letter:
"Am still volunteering at the nursing home, I do enjoy the residents so much. I am there about 1 or 2 times weekly. I still bowl, and have improved I might add, had games in the 160 and 180 range. Occasionally that is, but it is an improvement. I too exercise with great regularity 4-5 times weekly, this helps keep me "young". ten last April I joined the ranks of the employed. Ha, I am now the Senior Coordinator, for Woodridge Park District, in Woodridge a little town just west of here a couple of miles. I only work 1 day a week, however it has worked out to be much more than that to get the program off the ground. Then I had to get a Commercial Drivers license so I can drive the bus to take my seniors on the trips that we plan. I have about 50 to 55 regulars weekly and have different activities for them to do, speakers and so on. I do enjoy it, it has been a challenge and it has turned out real well. However I have no free time!"

From 1994 Christmas Letter:
“Mike Jr. is still in Montana and is very happy. He decided to go back to school full time in the fall he had taken some classes last semester at the U. Of Montana and thought highly of there school of business so he obtained the loans and grants and bang, back to the books. He also is working for a firm in Missouri. Mike Jr. is a great outdoors man he is heavy in mountain biking, hiking, climbing, and skiing of course. Remember he is surrounded by mountains.”

Mike Sr. is very very busy at work this year. There were company changes last year, the Truck Center was turned over to a private owner last year and of course there were many changes to go through. He is now a Vice President and that brings more work. He was running up until the end of February but an injury side lined him, much to his dismay. Then came knee surgery in May doing better now. He tries to run some but he is retraining himself to do other things.

In March we visited Uncle Frank in Coco Beach, Florida, enjoyed the visit as usual. This summer we went out to Montana to visit Mikie and were there a week, that is such a beautiful place. Before we were to go I fell and sprained my ankle, not happy at all, however with a portable cast I was able to do some hiking.

Janice learning the computer. In last year acquired some property in Florida, will rent. Still involved in Seniors at Woodridge nursing home. Still have Lake Geneva property in Wisconsin and use mostly in summer.
